What to eat, how to eat
One of our goals this year is to ensure that everyone begins to lead a healthier lifestyle not only through exercise, but also by eating properly. To assist you with this, we will begin to offer monthly nutrition classes. Our first class will be held on Saturday, January 31 at 10:00 a.m. Join us for information on importance of a healthy balanced diet.
