Say what?!!! The government actually PAYS people to workout and better themselves? Well, it is true. The Civilian Fitness Program allows for up to three hours weekly over a six-week period to be taken as administrative leave hours. About the instructors
Bonita (founder) has been teaching aerobics for nearly 20 years. She has taught classes all over the world, including Japan. She instructs classes on Monday, Thursday and Friday. Her specialty is step aerobics.
Tina has been AFAA certified since 1994. She instructs classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Her classes generally consist of multiple upper and lower body exercises. She likes to try different techniques to keep the body suprised by "shocking the muscles."
